Business Development Telephone Sales Representatives - BDC
We are seeking motivated, positive, friendly and aggressive Telephone Sales agents for our high volume and quickly expanding Automotive Dealerships. The Business Development Sales Agent will answer leads quickly, communicate effectively with customers and management. The Sales Reps' main objective is to set appointments that lead to sales.

The ideal candidate must posses the following:

Sales Experience, or telephone sales (Car Dealership experience not needed, will train)
Must be able to work retail hours, nights and weekends.
Must be able to meet goals and objectives.
Must be organized.
Must have a "go getter" attitude and drive to succeed.
Must have basic computer skills
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have an energetic & positive attitude
Must have a confident & professional phone skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

Taking incoming phone calls as well as making outbound calls
Entering data into the CRM system
Setting and confirming appointments for the sales team
Meeting goals while maintaining dealership standards


High school diploma or the equivalent.
Some college preferred.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in an internet sales position a plus but not required.
Bilingual candidates a plus – Spanish and Portuguese
